SHERRY PIE 🍒🥧
This one started with Mrs. Sherry.
We were working on a cherry pie latte for the summer menu and kept joking that Cherry Pie should become Sherry Pie, named after one of our beloved regulars.
So we asked her the very important question:
Do you like cherry pie?
Turns out, she loves it. Not just likes it. Loves it!! Her mom was an amazing baker, and of all the pies she made growing up, cherry pie was Sherry’s favorite. It became one of those small summer things that reminds you of your mom. A dessert you had growing up. A person you love. ❤
Sherry Pie is made with our house brown butter cherry syrup, espresso, milk, and served iced. You can also get it Ă la mode with cold foam on top!
Part of our Greetings from Florida summer menu.
Call your mom. Order the Sherry Pie. 🍒

PITTSBURGH STYLE FLANK STEAK SANDWICH
This weekend’s special is a little piece of home for Chef Christian.
Christian lived his whole life in Pittsburgh, and this sandwich brings him right back. It’s our nod to the Pittsburgh-style sandwich made famous by Primanti Bros, where the fries go inside the sandwich, not next to it.
Garlic-marinated shaved flank steak, fried crisp, tossed with fries, pierogies, and a three-cheese blend. Stacked on fresh Village Bread sourdough and finished with cabbage slaw.
It’s nostalgic, heavy in the best way, and made with a lot of love.
K, thanks, love you, byeeee

MAMA’S FRENCH TOAST
For Mother’s Day weekend, we’re doing something we’ve never had on the menu before.
Two thick-cut brioche slices from Village Bread in Jacksonville, stuffed with house-made mixed berry jam, topped with sweetened mascarpone chantilly, cardamom and honey-spiced berries, and finished with a little powdered sugar.
It’s rich, soft, berry-filled, sweet in all the right places, and honestly just a full-on treat.
This one is for the moms.
For the moms who carry more than anyone sees. For the moms who work hard, love hard, show up tired, keep going anyway, and somehow make everyone around them feel cared for.
So this weekend, we wanted to make something that felt celebratory. Something a little extra. Something worth bringing your mom, your wife, your grandmother, your best friend, or yourself in for.

FRESH MENUS ARE HERE!
We made some updates to the food menu and we’re so excited to have these in front of you tomorrow :)
The Brisket Melt and Arugula + Chicken Salad both started as specials, both became fast favorites, and both are officially here to stay.
A few things the menu doesn’t fully tell you:
The Brisket Melt is built around the brisket we’ve been braising since we opened. It’s on fresh Cuban bread, served with beautifully seasoned shoestring fries, and yes, you can sub gluten-free bread if you want the sandwich that way. Honestly, our gluten-free bread is pretty great.
The Arugula + Chicken Salad is fresh, bright, and made with a house-roasted jalapeño vinaigrette. It comes with buttermilk fried chicken, which is the best version in my opinion, but you can also sub grilled chicken if you want something a little lighter.
The Egg & Cheese got a glow up. We’re now serving it on a thicker brioche bun from in Jacksonville, or you can get it on our blue corn biscuit. We can also put it on gluten-free bread!!
The Carnitas Burrito is brand new and we are VERY excited about it. Noe has been working on the tomatillo salsa for a couple months, and when I tell you the man can make salsa, the man can make salsa. It’s absurdly good.
And as always, we care a lot about the details behind the food. Single-origin Mexican corn, nixtamalized and ground fresh. Thoughtful sourcing. Always avocado oil and fera fruit oil. House-made sauces, syrups, dressings, and all the little things that make the food feel like us.
Swipe through the new menu, come hungry tomorrow, and tell us what you’re ordering first.

Our wholesale partner program wouldn’t exist with you, our partners! Today we want to highlight one of our partners over in St. Augustine. Their motto? Fill your glass. Fill your basket. Stay a while.
Liz is a Gainesville native who spent years in Alaska before being called back to Florida. Spinster Abbotts’s was born a way to keep family, community, and local food at the forefront.
Spinster Abbott’s is a neighborhood staple that began with a desire to cultivate a space that felt like home to visitors and locals alike. The inspiration for this local gathering spot was driven further by the building’s history as an Indian River Fruit Stand.
Spinster Abbott’s is where anyone can come to find home in good food, comforting essentials, and a full glass in a relaxed environment of modern Southern hospitality.
Liz took some time out of her busy days to chat with me about all things coffee, and not coffee! If you’re ever in the St. Augustine area, we can’t recommend Spinster-Abbott’s enough. You’ll soon find you love them as much as we do.
If you’ve got a cafe, restaurant, bakery, or shop and you’re looking for a signature blend or special single origin coffees, reach out. We’d love to connect to hear more about your business, see how we can support what you’re building, and tell your story.
