I am terrible at updating this page but... sent out my first mini oogie boogie for the Halloween season!!!
So excited for this coming Halloween!

The semester finished a few weeks ago and with us cleaning up stock for the summer. I am coming back across pieces from my Everybody by Brenden Jacobs Jenkins costume design from the semester.
did the lighting and designed the set and the cast brought the world that we built to life.

Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! From my baby and I!
This year has had some twists and turns, I adopted my first dog, Arya! She's a random mix from the humane society. Got diagnosed with an auto immune disease. I finished my first year of graduate school. Finally, I got to see a specialist about my auto immune and found out I have not 1 but 2. Spent my summer doing weekly doctor's visits and physical therapy and finally got my body mostly functional. Started my 2nd year, and my apartment flooded from a storm right after the hurricane in the middle of doing my Halloween orders and it just threw everything for a loop from September to like last week costume order wise. Finally got my medicine figured out in November in-between trips to sarasota for my mid semester internship.
Here's hoping next year is better, smoother, and less curve balls get thrown my way!

I have been slacking on posting. This fall has been super rough for me and the shop. Especially with having to stop work for a hurricane and then flood repair for weeks. Then, of course, my usual drama with running my business while attending grad school. I made it through!
My costume was super last minute speed job on Princess Leia in hologram form with my dog child's purchased costume. "
