What’s your favorite supplement?
I’ll be honest, I don’t get excited about a lot of supplements anymore.
My go to supplements are pre-workout, creatine as an everyday multivitamin, and protein.
I’ve been using the new Miami flavor from Bucked Up, and it’s become my go-to. The flavor is solid, the energy is clean, and it gives me the extra push I need whether I’m training, working, or trying to stay sharp through a long day.
At the end of the day, supplements don’t replace discipline. You still have to put in the work. But if you’re already showing up and doing the hard things, the right supplement can help you perform at a higher level.

Everybody wants the patch.
Everybody wants the title.

Most fitness plans assume you sleep normally, eat on schedule, and train at the same time every day.
That is not reality for most first responders.
You might train after a rough shift, between calls, before court, after a 24, or on a day when your body is running on fumes.
That does not mean you need to train less seriously.
It means you need smarter structure.
Your program should help you build strength, stay conditioned, protect your joints, and recover well enough to keep showing up.

The fight isn’t won by the fastest trigger. It’s won by the fastest mind.
In confined spaces, every second matters. The ability to process information, identify threats, make decisions, and react under pressure is what separates performance from panic.
Romans 8:18 reminds us that the struggle has purpose:
“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.”
Most men quit because the process hurts.
The workouts are hard.
The discipline gets repetitive.
The results take time.
But strength is built under resistance. So is character.
Every early morning. Every extra rep. Every meal you didn’t cheat on. Every day you showed up when you didn’t feel like it… it’s producing something in you.
Weak men chase comfort. Strong men endure.
The body you want, the discipline you need, and the man God is shaping you into are all on the other side of consistency. Keep going. Stay in the fight.
