Sonny and Wade joined me today for Sonny’s 90th bday trip and we had a blast. My last boat (1860 G3) Sonny just didn’t feel safe getting on the front deck so it really limited his fishing. This time he was able to sit up front with me and took to Livescope fishing like a duck to water and had it down pat in no time! We probably caught 80 fish today with half being undersized. Sonny also got his bday 2lber to boot! Can’t wait to have these guys back soon!

Took one of my good buddies out this morning for a few hours and found some nice sized Weiss slabs. Hard to figure out at first but finally got on them. They were definitely finicky but I think the influx of cooler water and overcast skies helped us out.

I have plenty of dates available if you’d like to get in on some crappie on Weiss or Neely Henry. Large sunshade umbrella and a fan helps combat the heat when we need it!
