Fabricating a mount for the spare tire in the Jeepster.

We could not get a new fuel pedal pad for the Jeepster so we designed a new one in and then printed in TPU on the ender5. The old pad was stripped from the metal backing plate and then the new pad was bonded in place.

Removed an improperly installed and warped up DSE firewall fill plate to begin smoothing the firewall. We are also eliminating and smoothing the center indention area that is not needed for the LS engine.

The Jeepster engine is looking good! Assembled and just patiently waiting for its turn to be dropped into the chassis! Engine was sprayed with a custom mixed Diamont basecoat and topped with
923-210 clearcoat.
