One brave friend decided she was going to start going to the gym.
The rest basically said, “Well, if she’s doing it, I guess we’re doing it too.” 😂💪
Now they’re showing up together, getting stronger together, and proving that sometimes the best thing you can do for a friend is invite them along.
Moral of the story: Find friends who are willing to do hard things with you.

A new block starts this week, and we’re excited about where it’s going to take us.
Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll be focusing on building strength through the fundamentals:
• Box Squats
• Deadlifts
• Rows
• Presses
But that’s only part of the story.
You’ll also see agility work, carries, mobility drills, resets, and accessory movements designed to help you move better, feel better, and become more capable in everyday life.
As always, our goal isn’t just to help you lift more weight.
It’s to help you build a body that is strong, resilient, athletic, and ready for whatever life throws your way.
Show up consistently. Focus on quality reps. Challenge yourself a little more each week.
The results will take care of themselves.
