During and after pics mon-Wed job. Water line replaced, drying fans set up (ran for 2 days) hard wood’s removed, sub replaced. Carpet is being installed today by another contractor

Sheeting replaced where moisture separated the roof pushing off siding, all rotted trim replaced with pvc, all lighting and outside electrical upgraded, windows resealed and painted, numerous roof repairs where roofers took shortcuts (reason for rotted trim) ENTIRE house (every seam on siding and trim) re-caulked, gutter installed, trim scraped, primed (2x) and painted, and siding painted for a totally new look! Still have a few windows to scrape and the deck to spray but I pretty much reached my goal of having together for Christmas!

This is a perfect example of why you have to change your filters for you hvac system! The condensation line was buried and I pulled at least 10 gallons of water out of it before I pulled the cover! Cleaned the coils really good and it stopped the freezing problem right up
