At the end of this month, all the behind scenes work in preparation for my husband and I to start our newest business adventure will begin to pay off. We are excited to officially open the doors at J and C’s Cubbard. With that being said, I appreciate all of your support in my past business and future endeavors. Chris will still be at Veasey’s Hair Designs, just a few less hours. Within the next two weeks, this page will be deactivated. Again thank you!

The convenience store known as The Cubbard located at 823 S. Main St. in Fuquay-Varina directly across from the FV Community Center will officially be changing hands on September 1, 2019. As the new owners, Jeanna and Chris Veasey, we are excited to begin a new adventure and bring positive changes and lots of new things to the store including a new name.

If you are interested in applying to be an employee of J and C’s Cubbard, we are looking cashiers. Must be willing to undergo drug screening prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years old.

We own a house at the river. It has been hit extremely hard by Hurricane Florence as well as our neighbors. We will be heading down soon to start our clean up, help our neighbors, and carry supplies. If you would like to send supplies you didn’t use, please let me know. There is no water, no power, and no phone service. I know water, non perishable items, paper products, bug repellent, baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, and Clorox are a must. Thank you! Please feel free to share.

This isn't nail related.... but... We have two khaki campbell ducklings available for sale $4 each. They are eating starter feed and drinking water on their own, but require a heat light. Ducks do better when they are not the only one. These ducks won't fly when grown. Let me know if you want them. Ducklings hatching weekly!
