Live.Leaf.Learn
2nd Gen Homeschooling Mom, public speaker, embracing child enrichment while exploring the world around us.
⚡️ Somehow we managed to summon all three…
And yes, Volume 3 is every bit as exciting as you’d hope.
It doesn’t officially release until June 29, but we’ve had an early look—and I have a feeling this one is going to be a favorite.
Adventure. Mystery. Big ideas.
If you’re raising curious kids who love stories that spark bigger conversations, you’ll want this one on your radar.
June 29 can’t come soon enough. 📚

This one stings.
I don’t think most parents are raising incapable kids on purpose.
I think we’re raising them from a place of love.
The hard part is knowing when helping is actually helping… and when it’s getting in the way.
These are the questions I ask myself before I step in.
Which question hit you the hardest?
Only 22 out of 100. Let that sink in.
According to the latest Nation’s Report Card, only 22% of 12th graders are proficient in math.
I don’t believe 78 children suddenly became incapable.
That’s one of the reasons we’ve been so intentional about the tools we use at home.
We’ve loved because the lessons are clear, easy to follow, and the practice comes immediately afterward.
One of my favorite features is that every grade level is included, so my son can move at the pace that’s right for him—not the pace someone else decided he should be on.

Degree. Job. Worth it? Go.
I’m genuinely curious.
We were told to go to college, get a degree, and build a career.
For some people, that worked out exactly as planned.
For others, not so much.
What was your experience?
Where do you fall on your own to-do list?
If you’re a mom, my guess is probably lower than you’d like.
I’ve been trying to change that this year by building small habits that don’t require a huge time commitment. Lately, that looks like winding down with a book and my Red Light Therapy Mat for a few minutes at the end of the day.
Simple. Realistic. And something I’ve actually been able to stick with.
If you’ve been curious about red light therapy, I’ve linked the mat in my Linktree, and you can use code CLAIRE for 10% off.
