So extremely happy and proud for this one.😊 My client and I connected via phone over a year ago and at the time she was not looking to move due to being located in another state. However, after our first call we connected instantly and she ensured me that as soon as she relocated back to DMV she would reach out because I WAS HER REALTOR LOL🤗
Well fast forward a few months and she contacted me as soon as she reached the DMV. We met and created a game plan instantly for her to be in a new home within 3 months. 🖋
She was skeptical at first because of where the market had been but with my help, my team's systems and my lender partner we were able to lock in a beautiful home for she and her family at asking price with no need for repairs. 💯
