Vada’s mom and I go way back! So I had to resist the urge to say all the annoying things my mom’s friends would say to me: ‘I knew you when you were this tall...’ ‘you’re so grown up now...’ ‘you probably don’t remember me...’ I always wanted to say, ‘Well I’m not 4 anymore, so of course I grew, I’m 18 so yeah..., and no. I don’t remember you!’ What I did say over and over to her was how absolutely stunning she is, how extremely well mannered and mature she is and how it was so much fun working with her and laughing with her awesome mom again!!
