We are recruiting a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Orange County, CA. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity with extreme growth potential as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.

We have over ninety years of combined experience fixing eyeglasses and sunglasses. Our master eyewear repair technicians and opticians have a solution for all eyewear issues by combining experience with technology. You will be responsible for checking in all incoming repair orders for our sophisticated eyewear repair process. You will be the first to receive the product and the last to touch the product before shipping back to our clients. This includes customer glasses and parts as well as manufacturer parts.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Following computer aided prompts to facilitate repair process and flow

Delivering received products to the staging areas

Packaging products to return to customers

Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times

Identify and report any problems regarding process or quality

Fulfilling orders and filing

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Strong attention to detail and accuracy required

Flexible and willing to move from one department to another as needed

Ability to walk & stand for the majority of a shift

Basic video and computer skills

Dependability, attendance and reliable transportation is a MUST

Details:
Hours for these positions vary, beginning as early as 9:00 AM and ending as late as 7:30 PM. Some positions require flexibility to stay late or arrive early in order to meet order fulfillment demands. FLEXIBILITY is a MUST!

This position would be ideal for someone who likes a team environment but who can also focus on a proven customer service process with precision to consistently deliver for our clients in a timely manner.
