Long before becoming a program lead at Solidarity, Berenice and her family first join the community through Mamas De Maple and the Elementary After School Program. As someone who wants relied on the same programs and relationships, Berenice now leads from a place of deep understanding and shared experience. These before-and-after photos tell a powerful story: families in our community are showing up, and together, we are making sure they leave with food, dignity, and hope! But nearly empty shelves also mean we need your help to keep going. As demand continues to grow, our current fundraising focus is raising $28,000 to fund a Food Distribution Coordinator, a vital role that will help support pantry operations and the families we serve each week! Every dollar helps us continue providing nourishment, care, and consistency for our community. Thank you for being part of this mission!

Martha first discovered Solidarity when seeking homework help for her children attending maple elementary school. What she originally thought of as a place where her children could get academic support, became an organization where she would grow into a respected community leader dedicated to uplifting mothers. Now over a decade later Martha continues to lead Mamas De Maple and be an essential part of our Solidarity team! Today we celebrated our amazing Mamas de Maple & Mamas de Garnet the way they deserve! From getting glammed up with hair & makeup, to receiving beautiful new outfits generously purchased by and selected to match each mom’s unique style, every detail was filled with love and intention.
Today was a beautiful reminder that every mom deserves to feel celebrated, confident, and deeply appreciated! Thank you to our amazing partner for making this day possible !
