Tips to make filming seamless ‼️

Remember- there’s nothing to be nervous about when it comes to filming in 2024. The truth is everyone is on camera now! This is what our world is turning to.

Remind yourself that you are capable and prepared!

•proper lighting and background (natural light is ideal)
•script and outline what you are going to say
•think positively and relax
•pretend you’re speaking to a close friend or someone you’re comfortable with!
•let your personality shine through ✨

It’s always recommended despite what the sales price is or the type of property.
