Here at MIG, our mission is to raise the restaurant food quality and break through the status quo by offering an array of healthy dining options in a world where so few exist. Owner and Head Chef at MIG, Nick Xetri is on site each day to ensure that our gourmet cuisine is prepared to the highest standards. In fact, he founded MIG when he realized that there were not enough fresh ingredients and a lack of transparency in the preparation of the foods we eat each day. The rise of fast food and chain restaurants within our culture has caused quality and freshness to come second to convenience and time.
