🚨 We’re Hiring – Lead AV Tech / Installer 🚨
📍 Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Technician / Installer to join our small family business, DFW AV Pros.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years in Residential/Commercial AV & Home Theater/Automation
• Programming: Control4, Lutron (Ra-Ra3 & Homeworks), URC, etc.
• Networking: Ruckus, Access Networks, Luxul, Araknis, Ubiquiti

Responsibilities:
• Install TVs, speakers, cameras, WAPs, touch panels, keypads, home theater screens, etc.
• Rack building & lacing
• Configure and set up networks
• Service & troubleshoot
• Configure NVRs, receivers, end-user devices
• Run & terminate Cat5, Cat6, Coax, RJ45, Fiber, etc.
• Prewire, retrofits, and shades installation

Perks:

• Work with a small, supportive team
• Paid vacation/time off
• Weekends off
• Every day is different—residential and commercial projects
