Advantage of mining with HashWire versus NiceHash

HashWire mines directly through a mining pool to your wallet address instead of to NiceHash’s address. NiceHash is a exchange. There have been several exchanges that have frozen customers crypto coins and those customers have lost their coins. Since HashWire mines directly to the user’s address, users can use a address generated with a device like a ledger or paper wallet. This means that the chances of losing your coin’s are nearly 100% reduced.

In addition there have been times in the past where NiceHash has had issues making payments. The mining pool used for the coins are picked for their reliability. The only reason payments would be delayed is if the gas allowance for payments is set below the current gas price for transactions on the blockchain.

Companies renting hashrate for mining rarely pay more than what the computing equipment can make mining on it’s own. With HashWire your machine is earning coin based on your hashrate just as if you started the mining client yourself.

One of the benefits of HashWire compare to mining directly is that we are aiming to keep mining super easy to get into. Users pick the coin, set when they want the machine to mine and provide the wallet address to mine to. After that the mining takes care of itself and shows up on the website. You manage the mining client from the web site so you do not have to be home to make adjustments.

The slider control that was created is now able to be added to the interface and edited. Control features are being added in now. Once the slider is fully operational a new demo will be released.

After that dynamic text will be added and then the software will have reached the software will be ready for public testing. For those who have liked this page are there any volunteers?

Work is progressing. No demo tonight, but I have a slider control created and am integrating I into the editor for a level based control. It will be useful for things like volume control with feedback and intensity levels for lighting. I should have a updated demo with this additional functionality in a couple of weeks.

Distributed AV Build 2017-10-30 10/30/2017

The Distributed AV project is moving right along. As of today it has full TCP sending and receiving capabilities including handling DO DONT WONT and WILL. This means devices like the Biamp Tesira and Cisco SX codecs work now. I am currently working on a method to allow the user to specify what polling commands to send while on a UI page and feedback responses that buttons will respond to by changing their state from 1 to 2 if they are two state buttons. Check out this short demo video https://youtu.be/Dlc53uplGaU to see me add a Biamp Tesira command and then send it to the device and confirm it working on the Tesira software. This also demonstrates that the hardware doesn't even have to be in the same room. This Tesira was several states away from me at the time of the demo.

Distributed AV Build 2017-10-30 Deveopment on Distributed AV is pushing forward towards beta status. Today's demo show cases the ability to define commands and send them to a Biamp Tesira.
