🚗 Frisco just landed another major milestone in its business boom. Toyota Financial Services has officially started moving 1,100 employees into its brand-new seven story, 242,000 square foot office at Southstone Yards, with the full transition expected to be complete by the end of August. The new campus expands Toyota's growing presence in Collin County and features employee amenities including a fitness center, wellness rooms, outdoor balconies, coaching spaces, flexible conference rooms, bean to cup coffee stations, a convenience store, and an on site café. Employees can also shuttle between Toyota's headquarters and the new office every 15 minutes. The development isn't finished yet either, a coffee shop and full service restaurant are planned to open on the ground floor in early 2027, adding even more activity to one of Frisco's fastest growing mixed use developments. As more major companies continue investing in Frisco, the city's reputation as one of Texas' fastest growing business hubs only continues to grow.
