We had quite the sunset at Shadow Mtn Lake this weekend. Lots of fun, good relaxation, and good company.

San Rafael Swell was really cool. Turns out the desert has some spectacular sunsets, and breathtaking views!

Caught a glimpse of sunset over Standley Lake this evening. Hope you are all staying safe and healthy! Can’t wait to get back to those beautiful mountains soon!

Got a long walk in today with my dog. Can’t get to the mountains right now, so a view of the mountains will have to do. Hope you all are doing well amidst this crazy time!

I normally just post nature things, but during this time of ordered stay-at-home, it’s harder to get to breathtaking views. I miss the mountains a lot. But for now, this dog makes life more bearable!

Trying to hop back on the creative train! Got a new camera to push me outside and get my creativity flowing during this covid craziness!

Zion // October. 6. 2018. //
Zion was breathtaking last October. I can’t wait to get back and explore more of this fantastic canyon. I have never seen anything quite like the drive into the Park, and think about it all the time. Have you guys seen Zion?

Holy Sunrise // August. 17. 2019 //
The sunrise in the Holy Cross Wilderness was absolutely stunning. We woke up at 5am (which was brutal) but once the sun started coming up it immediately made the early morning worth it. We turned around (sweating already) and just watched in awe.

Mt. Holy Cross // August. 17. 2019 // 14,002ft. The views from the top of Holy Cross were spectacular! One of my favorite views of the 14ers I’ve done. We camped the night before, woke up at 5 and sumitted before all the crowds. It was awesome having the summit almost empty before all the crowds got there.

Arvada // August. 14. 2019 // The sunset last night was unreal. So many times in life I wish I could capture what the eye truly sees. But I think that’s the beauty of real life. It cannot be captured by a flat screen or camera. So here’s a flat version of the glory I witnessed last night.

Cabrillo National Monument// July. 13. 2019 // After a mission trip to Mexico, we took some R&R in San Diego and let the students play around in the tide pools. This place is super cool. There are whole ecosystems hidden away here!
