Brianda is known for her clear communication, adaptability, and commitment to supporting others. She is passionate about helping teams succeed and creating positive experiences for both residents and employees.

Throughout 2025, Austin demonstrated exceptional leadership as the company navigated new and complex challenges. His attention to detail, steady leadership, and commitment to doing what’s best for the business have made a meaningful impact across the organization.

In his new role, Austin will continue to support CAF’s growth through our Acquisitions platform, leveraging his strong deal-making expertise and strategic insight. Alongside his work with CAF Capital, he will also take on expanded leadership responsibilities, partnering closely with our Asset Management team to help execute key initiatives and drive long-term success.
