How do I satisfy my sweet cravings.
I turn to Mother Nature
Fresh vegetables and fruits are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that can satisfy the sweet tooth and keep the body in balance and functioning at its optimal level.
Here are my Goto foods when I am “HANGRY”
-Root vegetables
-Whole Foods and whole grains
-Green apples
-Nut butters with cocoa nibs. I use Nuttzo.
-Nuts that are soaked and sprouted.
-fresh or frozen blueberries and other berries especially goji berries
-Good fats ( Avocados, coconut oil or flakes)
- spice like Cinnamon to help blood-Sugar regulation.
- Homemade probiotic foods.

Our sweet foods are made of
monosaccharides like Glucose, fructose and galactose.
Glucose converts to sugar in the blood and fructose to fat in the blood and this puts additional stress on the liver and the colon.
What can throw you out of balance? Getting to the root of the cravings and other dimensions to consider

Working from home, online schooling , can’t get up and move
