TOYOTA STADIUM IS ENTERING A WHOLE NEW ERA✨🍽️🌇

Hunt Sports Development have announced plans for a new mixed-use hospitality, dining and entertainment district on the east side of Toyota Stadium and the Soccer Center, creating an entirely new destination for locals and visitors alike.

Here’s what’s planned:
🏨 Approximately 290-room boutique hotel
🎤 Flexible event venue transforming into a 3,000-person music hall
🍽️ Full-service restaurant + bar
🥂 Rooftop bar + lounge
💼 40,000+ SQFT of convention, meeting + event space
✨ Spa + fitness center

Groundbreaking is expected in 2027, and this is just one piece of the larger transformation happening around Toyota Stadium. The new district will complement more than 1 million square feet of planned office space on the stadium’s west side, while Toyota Stadium itself is undergoing a major renovation scheduled for completion in 2028.
