☀️ Summer is here. A few small habits can help you feel your best.
As you spend more time outside, remember to care for your whole health:
- Protect your skin with sunscreen, shade, a hat, and sunglasses.
- Drink water throughout the day, especially during outdoor activities.
- Keep brushing and flossing, and choose water more often when reaching for a summer drink.
- Make time to rest, connect with others, and check in with yourself when summer feels busy or stressful.

The Elevated Paddle Battle is coming to Breckenridge June 26 to 28. If you're planning the summer and thinking about a weekend in the mountains, this is your sign to grab a paddle and register.
Join us for pickleball, community, and a great cause. Every registration helps support accessible, compassionate healthcare for local families through Elevated Community Health. Don't forget to mark your calendars for June 26th from 4-6pm at Chalet Breckenridge for happy hour to kick off the tournament weekend! It'll be an opportunity to connect with fellow players, community members, and grab a few discounted drinks and apps while you're at it! Important update for our pharmacy patients: Due to staffing challenges, our pharmacy will be temporarily closed beginning this Saturday, June 13, 2026. We are actively working toward a solution and appreciate your patience.

Leadville Pride is coming up on June 20th and we will be there! The day runs from 11am to 8pm with a full lineup of free events including a q***r ecology hike, a pride parade on Harrison, and the Community Wellness Festival & Drag Show at the Tabor Opera House starting at 5pm. As another school year comes to a close, we want to wish all students, families, teachers, and staff a safe, fun, and relaxing summer break.

While school may be out, care is still in. Elevated Community Health's School-Based Health Centers will continue providing services throughout the summer to help students stay healthy, supported, and ready for the year ahead.

Summer vacation is finally here, Park RE-2! We hope students, families, and staff enjoy a well-earned break filled with rest, fun, and time together.
Elevated Community Health is still here for students during the summer. School-Based Behavioral Health appointments are available Tuesdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What a heartwarming day for our community. Our ADRD event brought together so many neighbors, families, caregivers, and partners for an afternoon of learning, connection, and support.

We are grateful for everyone who showed up, asked questions, and took time to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. For some, the event may have been one step in an ongoing journey. For others, it may have been the beginning. ECH is here for you. Resources are available on our page, and our team is always happy to help connect you with more information or support.
