$450 --> 15-20 (minimum) high resolution edited images in a personalized, password protected online gallery. Prints offered at discounted rate (no obligations). +$50 for personalized digital senior announcement to use online or for print/mailer.

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that’s mentionable is manageable.”
I was recently reminded of that the quote when I saw the Mr. Rogers movie and wow...what truth it holds, especially in this season of life when I’m digging deep into trauma healing.
Yesterday was my 3rd session of (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)Therapy...and it was....hard. It wasn’t as hard as the previous time, but there was still a lot of hurt and sadness. I went in knowing I was covered in prayer, but I also thought about that quote. “If it’s mentionable, it’s manageable.”
Anything brought up in anyones therapy, is always mentionable. Even if it’s whispered. Or written. Or yelled. Or cried. Or drawn. It’s mentionable, therefore it can be dealt with. And that’s the point I want to make here.
If you are facing something that seems too huge, hold onto that quote, because at one point, we will all experience something that feels too messy to fix....I battle that feeling every time I begin a new session.
So, I’m not going to sit here and tell you it’s easy, because it’s actually hard as hell...and it takes a whole butt load of bravery, courage and trust. BUT hear me when I say, it can be done. And it should be. Because you deserve to heal too.
