All you need are a few simple ingredients and a food processor.
✨ Ingredients:
🥜 2 cups roasted pistachio kernels
🍁 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
🧂 Pinch of sea salt
🥥 1 to 3 tbsp coconut oil if needed
💡 How to make it:
Add pistachios and sea salt to a food processor. Blend on high, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
Continue processing for 4 to 10 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and drippy.
If the nuts are slow to release their natural oils, add coconut oil one tablespoon at a time.
Once smooth, blend in maple syrup or your preferred sweetener.
