Finally poured the foundation for this new 5-unit condo building. Challenging lot - over 10' drop front to back of the lot. Having to build a series of retaining walls. This one will also have the 10' cantilever. Steel beams are coming in this week before we start the stick frame on top of it. Will try my best to deliver by the end of the year. Great investment product. Close to uptown Dallas and Medical District

Another 5-unit condo building completed. It is symbolic that I got the certificate of occupancy for this building on the same day that I poured the foundation for the next one that is going to look very much alike.
Came about $50k under the budget.

One my first pool installation we encountered bedrock 5' down, got rained on every single day, ran into every issue you can think of but still ended up installing on time. Landscaping and finishing up next week. This custom home is almost complete, final finishes going in, electric connection next week. Will be posting final images very soon.

2 months from concert to fully developed set of plans and 6.5 months from permit to final product.
The sunset view from this house is the most beautiful I've ever seen. As I am wrapping up and finishing up my last couple of visits to this beauty, I feel a little saddened that I have to say goodbye and move onto other projects. A part of my soul will forever stay with this masterpiece.

Little sneak peek in the final finishes and customization we are working on at the 'crown jewel' at the Peninsula. About a week from a full completion and final pictures. Did not skip on anything. So much planning, preparation and hard work went into it that seeing the house finally coming together and becoming more beautiful every day makes me so happy.

2200sq.f. each side. Huge multilayered, terraced down backyard, all smart technology, 2x6 framing, energy efficient, huge garages. 2.5 miles from uptown, right across a street from UT Southwestern.

4 units fully completed, 4 more at 90% - completion in January, 8 more coming up in March/April. Stage I medical district redevelopment is going full steam ahead. Professional interior pictures coming first week of January - looks really good. Roads are being repaired, electric grid - transformers, electric poles, underground connections - all being replaced. Stage two will have 16 more units and will start in March.

We have been blessed with such nice weather this year that I might be able to get this one under the roof before the freeze and rain start. 4800sq.f. custom home on the outskirts of Highland Park. Dropping the lumber next week. The race is on.

Getting started on another 5-unit condo building project just a couple of blocks away from uptown. Only 6 lots down from the duplex I built here a couple of years ago. The neighborhood is changing quickly. Interesting topography here. The back of the lot is 14' lower than the front and we have about 60x20y trucks of extra full here. Building concrete retaining walls in the back and tapping into storm sewer for the surface water drainage. Already chopped down a forest here and had to displace a bum living in the back - sorry bud, gonna have to squat on some other lot.
Completion late summer/fall 2026.
