After living the “conventional American Dream” for 5 years and working 2 jobs and owning the nice house in the burbs I realized it does not fulfill me or bring me happiness. So I sold my house and quit my 8-5 and went on land hunting while living with a friend. Originally I was just looking for acreage and not really into buying a house. And it took me 4 months to find the find my dream land which just happened to have this trailer on it In the Zillow app it was “advertised as tear down with no value” but little did I know will it have the biggest value of my life It laid the foundation to my dream life I didnt know I needed.
