Welcome to Camp Sweat! I have been teaching fitness classes for over 13 years. I started out as a figure skating coach. When I attended UT Austin I was a fitness instructor there and also trained other new instructors. Since moving to Dallas I have taught classes at: 24 hour fitness, Equinox, and Lifteime. I LOVE working out but also like to keep it fun! I thought this would be a better way to keep in touch. My schedule changes weekly since I work as a nurse practitioner so I will post my weekly class day/times on here on Sundays. If you are interested in online live workouts let me know as well!

Workout Days/Times this upcoming week:
Wednesday September 30th 9AM
Saturday October 3rd 9AM
Sunday October 4th 9AM

Equipement: Please bring a towel, mat, & water. Sunday workouts are weighted so please bring dumbbells.

Cost: $10/class pay via Venmo to reserve your spot.

I will cap out the classes at 15 people so we can practice social distancing so it will be 1st come 1st serve. If you are interested in LIVE workouts please let me know! I am also happy to post our weekly workouts on the page.
