Meet Dany 🤍

One of our HeartCore Ride instructors and a true people person. Dany brings uplifting energy, good vibes, and connection into every class — creating a space where you can sweat, ride, and feel completely yourself.

From her love for music and movement to her passion for meeting new people, Dany makes every Ride feel like a community.

Q: Why are you excited to be part of HeartCore?
A: Being part of HeartCore feels like such a blessing and an open door in my life. I love being in an environment that empowers people, pushes them to grow, and creates a space where everyone can disconnect from the outside world and just focus on themselves for a little while. Energy, community, and motivation are everything to me.

Q: What can clients expect when they take your class?
A: High energy, lots of motivation, and a workout that’s going to challenge you while still making you feel supported. You can expect a fun atmosphere, good vibes, and playlists with a little bit of everything, especially some Latin spice mixed in. I want people to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of themselves.

Q: What’s something you always emphasize in your class?
A: I always emphasize showing up for yourself and giving your best effort. It’s not about being perfect. it’s about pushing past what you thought you could do and growing every time you walk into the room. I also want people to have fun and not be afraid to sing along or let loose during class.

Q: What’s your go-to hype song on your playlist?
A: Anything with a strong beat and high energy gets me going especially Latin or pop remixes that make the whole room want to move. If the class starts singing along, then I know the vibe is right.

Q: What do you love to do outside of HeartCore?
A: Outside of HeartCore, I help run my family’s business, MEJJ Tire Service, work on my MBA, and volunteer at church working with youth programs. I also love community events, spending time with family and friends, and finding ways to grow personally and professionally.
