Great group of guys that posted this Saturday for a fun Star Wars themed beatdown in honor of it being May 4th.
Great way to start the week with a beatdown at the Cage. Got a nice rain shower as we were doing some Jack Webbs at the end of the workout.
Fun times from Saturday where we did the ABC’s workout and got to listen to a little NSYNC

Great 2.0 beatdown this morning where we got to incorporate some basketball in honor of March Marness.

Had a solid turnout yesterday at the Cage with 13 PAX pushing themselves early in the morning. Great way to start the day.
Cinder blocks were our best friend this morning. Great way to get the day started with a workout led by Chumm.
Great group of guys that pushed themselves this morning at the Cage. For anyone interested to join us, we meet at Stevenson Park on Monday & Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:15 am and Saturday from 6:30 to 7:30 am.
Great turnout this morning for a Wednesday beatdown. Got to work out with our best friend (i.e - our coupon) this morning.

Great VQ by Swiftie yesterday. Very creative workout. Was great to see everyone who made it out for the beatdown and coffeteria afterwards.
