Willow and Butterfly are slowly settling into their foster home. ❤️
Their foster says both girls seem to be potty trained and crate trained. They even go wait by the back door when they need to go out. It makes us wonder if these girls once had a home and were dumped. We don’t know their story, but they sure act like they’ve lived in a house before.
They’re still very, very quiet. But they’ve already decided their foster’s 3-year-old is their person and follow him around the house. 🥹
We’re giving them time to settle in while they get the treatment they need. Thank you for caring about Willow and Butterfly with us. Keep sharing their story—and if you’re able to donate toward their care, it means so much. ❤️

Willow and Butterfly just break our hearts.
There’s one video here of Willow getting a bath, and it’s hard to watch. The photos tell the rest of their story. They’ve been missing the care they needed for far too long.
But today these two girls are getting a brand new start!!!
That bath is one small step. Now they need good food, rounds of medication and injections, follow-up care, and time to heal in their foster home. We’re so thankful someone stepped up for them, but caring for two girls in this condition adds up fast.
If you can donate, please help us cover Willow and Butterfly’s treatment. If you can’t give right now, please share their story. These girls have a long road ahead, and because of y’all, they finally have a chance. ❤️

Butterfly and Willow are heading home with their fosters. 🥹❤️
Both girls are severely thin, and their skin scrapes came back positive for Demodex mange. Tiny mites have multiplied in their skin, causing hair loss and inflammation. They have a long road ahead of them, but tonight they have a safe place to land.
Your donations will help cover their treatment, including the medications, injections, and follow-up care they’ll need as they heal. Caring for two girls in this condition adds up fast.
We don’t know what we’d do without y’all. Because their fosters stepped up and you showed up for them, Butterfly and Willow have a chance at the life they deserve. Please donate through the link in our bio if you can. We’ll update y’all soon.
❤️

Willow and Butterfly. They finally have names. ❤️
These two girls just arrived at our clinic, and seeing them up close is heartbreaking. Both are severely thin and in terrible shape. Their skin scrapes came back positive for Demodex mange.
We’re so thankful to the foster who said yes and to Miss Kelly for getting them out of the shelter. Now we’re going to do our best to give these girls the care they’ve been missing.
That care adds up fast for two dogs. Your donations will help cover their clinic visits, rounds of medication, injections, and the food they need as they recover. We’ll know more about their treatment plans as our medical team evaluates them.
If you can give toward Willow and Butterfly’s care, please do. Even a small donation helps us keep showing up for both of them. If you can’t give, please share their story. ❤️

Y’all. These two babies are out of the shelter. 😭❤️
Yesterday, they were at risk of euthanasia. Today, they’re on their way to medical because an incredible foster stepped up and said yes. And Miss Kelly went and broke them out. We can’t thank them enough.
These babies have been through so much already. Their skin needs care, and we won’t know the full picture until they’re seen by our medical team. But they have a safe place to land tonight. That means everything.
Now we need your help to care for them. If you can donate toward their medical needs, please do. Even a small gift helps. If you can’t give, please share them so more people can be part of their story.
They deserved someone to show up for them. Thank you for helping us do that. We’ll share an update as soon as we know more. ❤️

The happiest moments in rescue are when a dog or cat finally makes it home. ❤️
We cherish these moments because we know how much it took to get here. Every foster who opened their home, volunteer who showed up, donor who gave, and staff member who kept going played a part.
It takes all of us, and we’re forever thankful to share this mission with y’all. Thank you, Petco Love, for being part of these stories. 🐾

‼️Y’all, we need someone to say yes to these two now.‼️
They’re just babies. They have mange, they were on the euthanasia list at a Houston shelter, and they still don’t have a foster to take them in.
If you’re near Houston and can give them a safe place to heal, please message us right away. We can’t give them the chance they deserve without somewhere for them to go.
Please share. Someone out there can be their yes. 😭❤️
Just a little Dolly pup cup ASMR to fill your feed on this beautiful Saturday. 🥹🐾☕️
