Late posting these two, but congratulations to both of my first time home buyers.

I have to brag!!! It's been a busy but great week! I was able to get three separate clients under contract this week and all three have moved forward after inspections. I was also able to get two of them Seller's Concessions even in this market. Yay!!!

This seller's market we are in is/can be extremely frustrating for buyers. Finding a house that you want to call home is hard enough, but then finding it and knowing a dozen or two other people (or more) are writing a contract on the same house has to be upsetting.
