We offer behavioral consulting and staff training to enhance the utilization of communication systems for nonverbal children. Our staff can also problem-solve school/childcare behaviors that affect placement in your program, and other services to meet your place of employment’s mental health areas of need.

Our goal as a company is to build a confidential digital network that will identify, address and share each functional barrier identified in the patients with their families, psychiatrists, physicians, and other mental health service providers. This will be done through the use of existing resources, along with our platform dedicated to addressing this lack of information exchange. We believe this will help set up assistance points for each consumer to effectively transition into different phases of treatment.

Say Hi to Kaylene ✨
Kaylene Zickmund is a graduate student in the Counseling and Psychological Services program at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and is working toward obtaining her LPCC licensure. Kaylene has a long history of working with children and is excited to be working as a clinical trainee intern with K Behavioral Health. Kaylene received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology Pre-Therapy from the University of Northwestern St. Paul in 2016 and has been working with children and families in a variety of settings such as public education, rehabilitation, and private home care since then. Her approach to treatment is client-centered, and she strives to use an attachment and strength-based perspective when treatment planning.
