Alphaviruses cause a debilitating arthritogenic or encephalitic disease that effects millions. To support therapeutic design, researchers from the characterized human anti-alphavirus monoclonal antibodies from two survivors of natural Eastern Equine Encephalitis virus. Octet®️ was used for epitope binning that enabled the classification of these neutralizing antibodies.
