Now, more than ever, it’s time to educate ourselves, stay informed about the developments under this new administration, raise our voices, and support each other.

I was recently a speaker at CSUSB’s Latina Leaders Conference, and being there instantly reminded me of my 19-year-old self working at an AT&T call center, eyes wide open at seeing a Latina leader for the very *first* time. 🥹

I think it’s amazing how someone you barely know can leave such a lasting impact. And it’s a good reminder of why community and support is so important.
