We are thrilled to congratulate Jake Kusmer on his promotion to Senior Project Manager!

Jake’s journey with Mosser began at just 16 years old in our warehouses. He went on to complete two co-ops with Mosser before joining full-time as a Project Engineer in 2013. Since then, he has continued to grow with Mosser, advancing to Project Manager and now Senior Project Manager. Throughout his career, Jake has shown dedication, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of our work and culture. He has delivered successful projects, built strong relationships, and contributed to team success.

Congratulations to Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc. on breaking ground on their new John Deere dealership in Lima, Ohio! Murphy Tractor has been a cornerstone of support for local operators, and we are proud to serve as the builder for their new 21,000 sq. ft. facility. This dealership will expand service capabilities and support economic growth in the community. Murphy Tractor has served the community for over 25 years. We are excited to be a part of the growth in Allen County and look forward to watching them open their doors in 2027!

We would like to give a special shoutout to Brady Ferres and Madi Slingwine on their completion of the Leadership Sandusky County program! This 9-month experience helped them strengthen their leadership skills, build community connections, and provide a deeper understanding of the organizations that support our community. Brady and Madi were able to tour local businesses, government offices, and nonprofits while exploring key topics like communication and emotional intelligence in the workplace. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishment and the positive impact they bring back to Mosser!

We are incredibly proud to support the upcoming Watershed Weekend and celebrate the continued progress of the Glass City Riverwalk! As a co-presenting sponsor alongside Foundation Steel, LLC, Mosser is glad to back an initiative that brings the Toledo community together along the Maumee River. Building up our local communities is a core part of who we are, and being a piece of this riverfront transformation is an honor for our team.

A playhouse may be small, but its impact can be felt in a big way.

This week, the Mosser team was proud to support Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity's Playhouse Project Blitz Build at Fifth Third Field, where local businesses came together to build custom playhouses for families in our community.

Our team helped bring a Paw Patrol-themed playhouse to life for a local family, creating a space for imagination, play, and memories to grow. We are thankful for the opportunity to be part of a project that supports children, families, and stronger communities across Lucas County.

We are excited to announce that Erin McCarty has been promoted to Project Billing and Accounting Specialist within the Accounting Department.

Erin joined Mosser in 2025 as an accounting intern while attending college at Tiffin University. She graduated with a degree in Business Management, with an impressive 4.0 GPA. Since joining our team, Erin has demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn, making a positive impact on the department.

We are excited to see Erin continue to grow and succeed in her new role and look forward to the contributions she will make in the next chapter of her career.
