Oh farm life, when will you cease to be exciting? Haha.

Let us trim our wicks and fill our lamps, children of light.

I am not shocked at the evil that is present and very active in our world. Goodness knows, it's apparent every day, even here on the farm.

But I wanted to give this admonition, given the recent event of the murder of one of the great seekers and defenders of truth here in America--Charlie Kirk: God has not called us to be ignorant--he calls us to be wise and gentile, and also to engage in warfare with our actual enemy--the prince of darkness. Let us all recognize the truth, and decisively and effectively engage with the enemy of light, by God's power and grace.

" These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

John 16:33

This is THE way.

If you stop at the produce stand this week, or try to contact us, but you don't hear anything, or the produce stand isn't stocked as nicely as usual--please just know, we're dealing with a very deep loss.

We will be okay eventually, but right now everything is a struggle. ♥️💔♥️

When I am able to, I'm going to make a full post about my precious "Big Dog"... But not right now. ♥️

Happy Birf-day Venn Venn! You're turning into quite the handsome farm dog, and really one of the best little buddies we could have around here. His 2nd year on earth has seen many milestones--amongst which are learning to swim, and becoming a "daddy" (to the litter of kittens--he still doesn't understand how that happened! 😂🥴) Harley has told me that he's ready to pass the baton on to you.

Fun fact: "Venn" means "friend" in Norwegian.
