Congratulations to the new owners of this 4 bedroom, 3 bath new construction build on over 4 acres in Spotsylvania county!

Just finished up this nice little basement over in Regency North, homeowners could not wait to start moving furniture around so as soon as carpet went down yesterday, they started moving things around, and final inspection was done today

King Innovations LLC is proud to announce that this home has officially received its final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy!

We had the privilege of building this home for Jerome and Samantha Wimmer. What makes it even more special is that I actually went to school with them, and being able to help them bring their dream home to life all these years later has truly been a blessing.

While we’re honored to have been part of this journey, a great deal of credit belongs to Jerome and Samantha. They invested countless hours of hard work into their home and were actively involved throughout the building process. We worked together to allow them to take on certain aspects of the project because that was part of their vision and their dream for this home.

The result is a beautiful home that reflects not only quality craftsmanship but also the dedication, effort, and personal touch that Jerome and Samantha poured into it. We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside them and proud of what we accomplished together.

Congratulations to our homeowners who took possession this weekend of this 4 bedroom , 3 bath new construction build in Spotsylvania!

Bathroom transformation completed!

This little project turned out great and it was a pleasure to do seeing how I’ve known this family for 30 plus years.

Saturday morning check in, didn’t make it everywhere today but we sure do have a lot going on!

Finished with Saturday morning site visits and a meeting for a new build! Time to enjoy the weekend.

I’ve not been very good at staying updated on our projects or taking pictures, but this is a Kitchen that we just finished in Fawn Lake for an amazing family and a amazing project to be part of as well, and we did a lot more than this kitchen but I didn’t get the pictures. There’s one before picture to help you appreciate the changes. 

It’s a beautiful afternoon, materials are on site and it’s a great view! But it’s also quitting time so we will get started tomorrow!
