If you’re noticing stiffness, balance challenges, or reduced mobility, you’re not alone. Join me, Sue, for Strength, Cardio & Balance—a supportive program designed to help you move with more ease, build strength over time, and feel confident in your body as we move into spring.
What to Expect:
• Targeted mobility, strength, and balance work
• Live classes at 7 AM Monday, Wednesday & Friday (or watch recordings anytime)
• Simple setup: a chair, wall, comfy clothes, optional weights or bands
• Movement informed by Postural Restoration, Mobility, Functional Conditioning, Yin Yoga & end-range strength

This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about consistency, support, and meeting your body where it is.

MIXED : Craft social meets dance party with house and techno music mixed live by Owlfeather
You aren't dreaming, we will gather to work on projects while we experience a live DJ mix to get us moving (in our seats or on our feets). Bring a project you’re already working on, try something new, or simply arrive and see what wants to happen. This is a space to be present, expressive, and supported in whatever form creativity takes for you that night.
Dance music will fill the room as a shared creative experience. While you make with your hands, another artist is creating with sound—inviting you to listen, feel, and let the music gently guide your process or get you on your feet - up to you. You might dance, sway, stretch, sit, or stay fully immersed in your craft. There’s no right way to participate.
At Give Rise Studio, our mission is to inspire creativity, health and joy and I can't think of a more united and perfect event to express it.
About Owlfeather -
As a perennial mixed media artist, DJ, and musician, who has dabbled in a vast array of creative mediums, facilitating MIXED is a dream come true for me! I believe free form dancing is one of the best ways to shift into your creative flow, and the dance music I play creates an energizing and uplifting space for tapping into your playful and revitalizing energy. I am so excited to experience the Beauty and Connection we will Create Together!
MIXED reflects both our passions and we can't wait to share it with you and see it grow.
BYOC(rafts) or....
We will have a limited selection of craft kits available for sale as well as some supplies that we can lend out. A couple of community canvases will be in the space to get messy with!
