Hot temperatures and humidity can quickly become dangerous for dogs — especially short-faced breeds like Frenchies, Pugs, and Boston Terriers. Bringing plenty of water, choosing cooler times of day, and knowing your dog’s limits can make all the difference.

Before your next adventure:
🐶 Hike early to avoid peak heat
💧 Bring cool water and a portable bowl
🌡️ Watch for signs of overheating
🏡 Stay home if conditions are too hot or humid

Your dog’s safety always comes first. If you notice excessive panting, weakness, vomiting, or collapse, seek veterinary care immediately.
