Condition One Training

Monty Reinhold Warsing II, affectionately known as “Buck,” passed away peacefully at home on December 13, 2025, at the age of 57, surrounded by his loving wife and daughters.

Monty was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dianna Warsing; his daughters, Carleigh Warsing (22) and Reagan Warsing (20); his father, Monty Warsing with wife Leah; his mother, Judie Hosey with husband Fred; his sister Holly; and his cherished nieces and nephew, Lexi, Aidan, Leo and Sloane. He was preceded in death by his brother Sean Warsing.

Monty dedicated over 35 years to the fitness industry, building a respected career in Commercial Sales with Fitness Resource/Matrix Fitness. His passion for health, strength, and discipline also led him to found Condition One Training - Fi****ms & Fitness, where he inspired others through training, mentorship, and example.

Beyond his professional life, Monty lived boldly and competitively. He was deeply involved in motorcycle roadracing, supermoto, mountain bike racing, golf, beach volleyball, snowboarding, and competitive shooting; pursuits that reflected his determination, focus, and love for challenge. Monty was the proud 2002 WERA Formula 2 National Champion, with his team Furious Moose Motorsports. Those who knew him remember his drive, loyalty, strength, and unwavering commitment to the people he loved.

Most importantly, Monty was a follower of Christ, and his family takes comfort in knowing that he is now residing in Heaven.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 10, 2026, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Grace Community Church, 5102 Old National Pike, Frederick, MD 21702, followed by fellowship nearby.

Monty will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his strength, passion, faith, and love.

My daughter shot her first PCSL action shooting match with me last weekend at Shadowhawk! Out of 100rds for the match she had 92 Alphas!!! She definitely earned her team jersey.
Ammo needs just doubled, have to order more Outdoor Dynamics freedom seeds, get her some Hunters HD Gold glasses to so the dot pops and she’ll want her own custom Red Hill Tactical, FFL Licensed holster.

I took high pistol at MD Arsenal USPSA Outlaw match last night, 2 PCC’s (pistol caliber carbine rifles) barely edged me for the overall win. Was 96.59% of top PCC.
62 Alphas, 7 Charlies, 1 Delta & 1 Mike 1/2” in to hard cover.

Speed of movement (slippery, dusty floor) and shooting in Match Mode w shot calling vs trying for ja****it splits.

Took a friend/client to Shadowhawk for his first action shooting competition last weekend. We both had a great time and he know understands how competitive shooting is WAY better training for concealed carry than shooting bullseyes on a single target.
Stress, movement, decision making and efficiency are all challenged in a FUN and extremely SAFE environment.

You should be dryfiring. It’s free, it’s fun, it could save a life.

Dryfire is an excellent way to build muscle memory for your gun handling skills. Here are some examples to try. Remember to keep grip tension high, your forearms and hands need to build that muscle memory as well. If you carry concealed you want your gun handling to be subconscious so your conscious mind can have bandwidth available to deal with the threat.
