It looks like the weather is going to cooperate! We are going to continue with our plan for Rosh Hashanah Under the Stars (or under the clouds) tonight at 6:00pm.
We will be at the Band Shell, located between West 2nd & North Bentz.
It has been rainy for days now, so please keep in mind to bring rain gear for your comfort!
See you under the stars at 6:00 PM
We are watching the weather for tonight’s Rosh Hashanah Under the Stars service. As of right now the rain looks to be only this morning. We will make a decision around 2:00 pm on whether we are moving the service to the synagogue or staying with Baker Park.
Be prepared that if the plan stays with Baker Park, to bring a rain coat for any chance of a drizzle and rain gear to keep dry. It may be damp even with the rain stopping.
Now would be a great time to log into your accounts and make sure we have your updated contact information (email/cell phone) we will be sending the decision via email, text and update here on the page.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th- 7:30pm CONTEMPLATIVE SELICHOT
During this time together Rabbi Hersh and Cantor Shulie will lead us through an exploration of the concept of Teshuva, of Return/Repentance, through meditation, chanting, movement, and selections from the traditional Selichot service.
Though not at all required, you are invited to bring your own mediation cushion or yoga mat, if you have one, and perhaps wear clothing conducive to movement, to facilitate a connective experience.
