AKC Therapy Dog Advanced (THDA) is an official, recognized title awarded to therapy dogs that have successfully completed at least 100 volunteer visits. It celebrates a significant milestone in community service, demonstrating a sustained, long-term commitment to volunteering in settings like Edenton and we are so glad they choose us!

We were once again blessed by our friends and partners at Edenton Frederick.

After sharing the mission of City Youth Matrix, we had a wonderful discussion about the challenges facing families today and the importance of meaningful parent engagement. It was encouraging to hear the residents affirm the work being done through CYM and the systems we’ve built to support youth and families together.

We’re grateful for community partners who take the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and invest in the success of the next generation. Thank you for your continued support and belief in our mission.
