For any residents who are interested, there will be a vaccination clinic held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on 7th Street this Saturday, February 12th.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Friendly reminder that our office will be closing at 3 p.m. today and will reopen on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. so our dedicated employees can spend time with their families. As always, maintenance and our on-call staff will be available for any emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a joyous holiday!

Our leasing office will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th, this year, so staff can spend time with their families in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will be open on Saturday, November 27th from 10am - 5pm. And back to our normal business hours with full staff on Monday, November 29th.

Don't forget to turn your clocks back this Saturday (tomorrow) night! 😄
