Frederick Home Addition Suite
A First-Floor Addition Designed Around the Homeowner
This recently completed home addition in Frederick, MD by Talon Construction Inc., transformed the first floor with a spacious new master bedroom suite. It is thoughtfully designed for comfort, functionality, and everyday living.
The 18′ x 26′ addition creates a generous bedroom with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and plenty of room for a comfortable sitting and sleeping area. The new suite also includes a large walk-in closet with extensive built-in storage, making organization easy while providing the homeowners with the additional space they need.
The centerpiece of the addition is the custom master bathroom, featuring a large frameless glass walk-in shower, dual shower fixtures, a built-in shower niche, and a relaxing soaking tub. The combination of large-format tile, granite countertops, dark cabinetry, and brushed fixtures creates a clean, timeless look while maintaining a warm and inviting feel.
From the bedroom and closet to the custom bathroom, every element of this addition was designed to function as one cohesive master suite. Talon Construction managed the project from design through construction and completion.
