Dear Residents,
We are writing to let you know that electrical panel replacements are scheduled for 1016 and 1017 Stark Street. This work is part of our ongoing effort to maintain and improve community infrastructure.
What to Expect:
• The work will take place over an estimated 2.5-week period.
• Temporary power interruptions will occur during work hours while panels are disconnected and reconnected.
• Power will be restored at the end of each workday.
Access to Your Home:
Our team will need access to your unit on the scheduled work date. The current schedule is listed below.
Building 1017:
• Monday, 6/29: Units A and B
• Tuesday, 6/30: Units C and D
• Wednesday, 7/1: No scheduled units; buffer day to address any issues from prior days
• Monday, 7/6: Units E and F
• Tuesday, 7/7: Units G and H
• Wednesday, 7/8: No scheduled units; buffer day to address any issues from prior days
Building 1016:
• Monday, 7/13: Unit A
• Tuesday, 7/14: Unit B
• Wednesday, 7/15: Unit D
• Monday, 7/20: Unit E
• Tuesday, 7/21: Unit F
• Wednesday, 7/22: No scheduled units; buffer day to address any issues from prior days
How to Prepare:
To help the work go smoothly, please complete the following before your scheduled work date:
• Remove personal items from in or around the electrical panel, which is typically located in the bathroom.
• Make sure the area around the electrical panel is clear and accessible.
• Please note that our team is not responsible for moving or relocating personal belongings.
We understand temporary disruptions can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your cooperation and patience while these necessary improvements are completed.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the management office.
