AARP Frederick Chapter 636

Our AARP Chapter 636 supported the Mt Pleasant Ruritan Club’s annual golf tournament today by sponsoring a hole with a $100 contribution, aligning with the organization's scholarship mission, which awarded $12,600 to high school seniors last year.

Our next AARP Chapter 636 luncheon will be held on Thursday, June 18th at 12:00 noon, at Dutch's Daughter Restaurant.

Maryland Department of Aging Secretary Carmel Roques was honored to join Governor Wes Moore on his "Delivering for Maryland Tour" in Frederick today for the groundbreaking of the new Montevue senior building. Today's event is particularly meaningful as we celebrate , honoring the profound impact and leadership of older adults.
