A new tradition begins tonight!
Hey everyone! I hope you have also been following the FB page for Sailing Through the Winter Solstice to keep up with the news about the lightships moored where we enjoy the plants all summer. : - )
Tonight, New Year's Eve, there will be a new feature to help Frederick celebrate ringing in 2022! 500 floating lights will be launched amid the boats beginning around 9:00 pm. They will stay lit through midnight. Should be really cool! The weather looks like it will cooperate too! See you there! 🙂
