💡 Buyer Tip:
If you’re getting a loan, your lender is the one responsible for sending you the final Closing Disclosure. By law, it must be delivered to you at least 3 business days before closing.
👉 Your agent and the title company can’t finalize numbers until your lender does…so keep an eye out for that document from your lender to stay on track for settlement!
