• Partners In Care promote the active engagement of members, and their families, by offering a helping hand. We provide services in exchange for donated time and talents.
• Our programs and services contribute to the safety, and well-being of our members. Helping someone can be as simple as changing a light bulb or friendly visits.
• We help our members remain actively involved in their community through transportation and member care programs, as well as a meaningful social network of care.
